At Insurify, our goal is to help customers compare insurance products and find the best policy for them. We strive to provide open, honest, and unbiased information about the insurance products and services we review. Our hard-working team of data analysts, insurance experts, insurance agents, editors and writers, has put in thousands of hours of research to create the content found on our site.
We do receive compensation when a sale or referral occurs from many of the insurance providers and marketing partners on our site. That may impact which products we display and where they appear on our site. But it does not influence our meticulously researched editorial content, what we write about, or any reviews or recommendations we may make. We do not guarantee favorable reviews or any coverage at all in exchange for compensation.

Nsure.com is an online hub for home and auto insurance. The site lets users compare quotes from multiple car insurance companies side by side. Nsure purports to provide real-time quotes rather than estimations.[1]
Despite these positive features, it’s worth noting that Nsure reviews paint a less-than-rosy picture of the platform.[2] Can Nsure deliver on its promises? Below, you’ll learn whether the company can bridge the gap between high expectations and the reality of its customer experiences.
Nsure claims to provide up to nine car insurance quotes to users.
You’ll need to provide your vehicle information to get a quote.
Nsure won’t sell your personal information to third-party companies.
Nsure at a glance
Nsure is a licensed independent insurance agency that connects people with home and auto insurance. The company started in 2018 and relies on robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning — all advanced technologies common in the insurance industry — to run its platform.[3]
The company partners with more than 50 insurers and uses proprietary technology to match you with the right coverage. However, it’s unclear how many quotes you’ll get from different insurers. In a press release, Nsure claims it can dish up quotes from as many as 25 different companies. But the FAQ states you’ll get “a total of nine quotes.”
One advantage of Nsure is it won’t sell your data, so your name and personal information are safe. It also promises you’ll never get a call from a salesperson.
Instant, real-time quotes for car insurance
User-friendly interface to streamline the process
Won’t sell your name or personal information
Only three coverage levels available
Earns commission, so it may prioritize higher-paying partners
Limited customer service hours[3]
How does Nsure work?
Quotes are available in all 50 states, so you can find coverage no matter where you live. Here’s how to get a quote.[3]
1. Enter your name and address
Your free auto insurance quote starts with visiting Nsure.com and filling in your name and address. It uses this to pull information about you from different database sources.
2. Enter vehicle information
You can also enter your vehicle information manually if Nsure can’t find it from your name and address. Nsure asks for your VIN. If you don’t have that handy, you can enter your car’s year, make, and model.
3. Add drivers to the policy
Next, you’ll list everyone in your household who’s old enough to have a driver’s license. You’ll add spouses, partners, children, and other family members who live with you. If you have a roommate, you’ll add them in this step. You’ll need their name, birth date, gender, relationship, and marital status. You can also enter their driver’s license number if you have it.
4. Qualify for discounts
Many insurers offer discounts, and Nsure checks your discount eligibility based on different factors. It asks about homeownership (up to 40% savings), current insurance coverage (up to 40% savings), driving history (up to 50% savings), credit score (up to 40% savings), education and occupation (up to 20% savings), driving habits (up to 30% savings), and telematics usage (up to 30% savings).
You also have the option to select “early bird” (up to 10% savings), but the form doesn’t explain what it means. If you’re unfamiliar with the term, being an “early bird” means shopping and planning to buy a policy before your current coverage expires.[3]
5. Create an Nsure account
Before seeing your quotes, you’ll need to create an Nsure account. The form asks for your name, email address, country, and phone number. The site sends a one-time access code to verify your account, so make sure to enter a phone number that can receive text messages.
6. View your quotes
Despite its promise to return nine insurance quotes (or 25, depending on where you look on the website), Nsure only returned three car insurance quotes — from Progressive, Safeco, and Mercury. You can choose your coverage options to view different protection levels.[3] Nsure has three different insurance plans:
▲▼ | Basic ▲▼ | Best Value ▲▼ | Expanded ▲▼ |
---|---|---|---|
Bodily injury liability | $50,000/$100,000 | $100,000/$300,000 | $250,000/$500,000 |
Property damage liability | $25,000 | $50,000 | $100,000 |
Uninsured motorist | $50,000/$100,000 | $100,000/$300,000 | $250,000/$500,000 |
Medical payments | No coverage | $1,000 | $5,000 |
Comprehensive | $1,000 deductible | $1,000 deductible | $500 |
Collision | $1,000 deductible | $1,000 deductible | $500 |
Rental | No coverage | $30/day | $50/day |
Roadside assistance | No coverage | Coverage | Coverage |
Loan/lease payoff | No coverage | No coverage | No coverage |
7. Finalize your policy details
The next step is to select a coverage level and company you feel comfortable with and then click the “Continue with this quote” button.
Nsure will ask you to fill in additional information about the drivers on your policy, including driver’s license number and state, the age they first got their license, education, and occupation. From there, you’ll complete your purchase and select your coverage start date.
Nsure reviews: What real customers are saying
Customer reviews paint a mixed picture of Nsure. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) shows a rating of 1.36 out of 5, based on 25 reviews.
Overall, Nsure reviews suggest a negative experience. While one customer mentioned that the process was simple, most other reviewers had complaints. Some customers had difficulty reaching customer service, which can be frustrating when trying to resolve issues or get answers to insurance questions.
One reviewer even mentioned that they got a quote but struggled for over a month to get coverage with no success. If you need car insurance, waiting this long for coverage can be stressful.
Nsure vs. Insurify
Both Nsure and Insurify are reputable online platforms that allow you to compare multiple car insurance quotes in one place. Nsure offers a user-friendly interface and provides real-time quotes from car insurance companies. However, Nsure offers just three coverage levels, limiting your customization options.
Insurify gives you more options to personalize your coverage so that you get the coverage you want without paying for coverage you don’t need. Insurify also partners with 70-plus property and casualty insurance companies compared to Nsure’s “50+” partners.
Recent quotes for other Insurify users

Is Nsure safe to use?
Nsure has been around since 2018 and holds insurance licenses in all 50 states. The company isn’t a lead-generation site and doesn’t sell your personal information. However, it lacks accreditation by the Better Business Bureau and is rated “F” by the platform.
Additionally, despite Nsure’s pledge that “no salesmen ever call,” a BBB reviewer reported calls “every day non-stop.”
